Retired IOD Products: Complete Iron Orchid Designs Guide
If you are trying to identify an older Iron Orchid Designs product—or searching for remaining stock—start here. This guide brings Bluebird Mercantile’s retired IOD product archives together in one place, including stamps, transfers, moulds, Paint Inlays, and accessories.
When IOD retires a design, it is no longer being manufactured. A retired product may still be available from an authorized stockist while remaining inventory lasts, but once that stock is gone, a regular restock is unlikely.
Looking for retired designs that are still available? Shop retired IOD products at Bluebird Mercantile. Available products are shown first, and in-stock orders ship throughout the United States.

Retired IOD Paint Inlays
Every IOD Paint Inlay is made in a single production run, which makes every design limited-run. A Paint Inlay is considered retired when IOD has also discontinued that particular design. The archive below lists Paint Inlays that are both limited-run and retired.

Frequently asked questions
What does “retired IOD” mean?
A retired IOD product is a design or accessory Iron Orchid Designs no longer manufactures. Individual stockists may still have remaining inventory, but availability varies and is not guaranteed.
Are all IOD Paint Inlays limited edition?
Every IOD Paint Inlay is produced in one manufacturing run, so every design is limited-run. That does not automatically mean it is retired; retirement is the separate point at which IOD discontinues the design.
Can Bluebird Mercantile restock a retired IOD product?
Sometimes we may locate remaining stock, but retired products cannot be reordered through the normal IOD catalog. If you see a retired favorite available, it is best to purchase it while it is still in stock.
