About us

A little inspiration for your next project

Hi, I'm Valerie. Welcome to Bluebird Mercantile.

I love the possibilities in a well-loved piece of furniture, a beautiful color, or a vintage detail. Sometimes all it takes is one small idea to get you thinking, “I could make something with that.” That's the feeling I want you to find here.

Creative supplies, thoughtfully chosen

Bluebird Mercantile brings together craft and decorative products for furniture makeovers, home decor, and smaller projects that are just as satisfying to finish.

We're proud retailers of Iron Orchid Designs, with decor moulds, transfers, stamps, and paint inlays to help you add character to your work. You'll also find project supplies, kits, decoupage papers, and finishing touches to bring your ideas together.

Whether you're trying a new technique or reaching for a favorite, I hope you'll find something that makes you want to clear a little space and create.

For the love of a good find

My love of creating goes hand in hand with a love of vintage pieces: pottery, china, art, and those interesting little details that make a home feel personal. It's not about everything matching. It's about finding pieces you love and making them your own.

A note about Fusion Mineral Paint

We're currently selling through our remaining Fusion inventory. Products may not be restocked once sold out, so availability will change as we clear our shelves.
