Cotswolds IOD Transfer 12x16 Pad™
This transfer is a nod to old English tavern signs. You get two different signage looks. One is the adorable Olde Wooly Tavern with a big fluffy sheep, and the Gloucestershire Old Spot Eatery featuring Charcuterie, he's such a handsome pig you might want to be vegan. You use 4 sheets on each sign. You can cut the transfers and use bits and pieces or the whole thing as it comes.
To apply the transfer first have a clean, dry, dust free surface that has been sealed with a water based sealer. Then apply the transfer by removing the protective white sheet and carefully laying on the area you want to use. Rub with the enclosed stick while holding the transfer in place- blue painters tape works well to secure the edges. When you rub the transfer will release from the backing paper. Once the transfer is on your project make sure all the edges are adhered. I like to use a small piece of the paper that the transfer comes on to use as a tool to rub the transfer area and make sure it's set. After you apply the transfer seal with the same water based sealer you used before, use a couple of coats of spray Water Based sealer, or use wax, non petroleum based, to seal the transfer. *Note* never use wax before the transfer.
